Hey everyone 👋
I'm Edrick, a Skool community specialist and website developer. I help community owners structure their spaces things like onboarding flow, classroom organization, engagement systems, and overall member experience. I've worked on a few communities, including helping one grow from just a handful of members into a much larger, more active space through better structure and engagement. My offer idea right now is a community structuring/setup package for Skool owners covering onboarding, classroom setup, About page, and engagement systems. Where I'm stuck: I've had a lot of genuine conversations with community owners who like what I share and see the value, but a lot of them are early stage or budget conscious, so converting those relationships into actual paid clients has been my biggest challenge. I'd love input on how to position or price this better
