The program built by Hayes Krause by far the BEST program encouraging: camaraderie by stimulating others to do their best or keep working hard, mental health, physical health, lifestyle changes, and most importantly Spiritual health through Scripture, synopses of the reading Hayes, and meditation on reading passages! Came across Hayes online right around when this launched, Gods timing as I am continuously becoming the man God created me to be. This has helped me with building discipline getting in the word and prioritizing what needs to be done. Excited to see where this grows as relations with like minded people are always a plus as well.

I’ve never heard of Hayes but I’ve been looking for a community for accountability with Gods word and working out. Out of no where this program pops up on my feed. I check it out and it was a send from Christ literally. If you’re a man or woman just looking to get 1% better for the Lord and for yourself and family this is a great 6 month program. I don’t post social media content but the program has great tools for those who do. Hayes actually interacts with you as well which is nice.

10/10 recommend being inside this group if you want to grow physically, mentally and spiritually!!! & step into the person God is calling you to be to!
