The typical "package" includes the filing of the "formation" document, securing the EIN from the IRS, and shipping a "kit" with various document templates that do not get used. In this course you will learn to file the formation document yourself and obtain the EIN yourself, all in about 10 or 15 minutes. Then we will discuss what other steps you should take depending upon how you intend to use your LLC.
