An Initial Taste of Something
Just finished uploading the first Classroom material about forming an LLC. I walked my friend Caleb through the process to dispel some of the mystery related to forming a business entity. Yes, I hear the echo in the audio! I'm thinking about what to do about that but until then, we have the raw untouched recording. Let's just call it "authentic."
Caleb's LLC will have a January 2026 formation date, by choice. After the New Year holiday, I will get him on for another video conference and hold an "Organizational Meeting." These take about 15 minutes on average. His will take a little longer because we will talk about why and what we are doing.
In the meantime, I may record a solo-presentation, talking about the reason why we have and honor corporate formalities. Well, why we should. Why you should. I know a lot of people ignore or forget about these, but watch for the video.
