I’ve been there. I’ve had to start over, figure things out the hard way, and learn a whole lot along the way. And I’m still figuring things out!
This is a place women can come together, share what they’ve learned, ask questions, find actual resources, and help each other out.
Fitness, careers, money, relationships, mindset, building better habits, starting over…pretty much anything that helps us become stronger, happier, and more independent women. Follow me on TikTok too- that is the focus of my account!
I’m not here pretending to have all the answers. Trust me, I DON’T. But I’ve learned a few things, love connecting people, and I think we can learn a whole of from each other.
