Ethical marketing is dead!
I was going through all the skool communities in the discovery page and saw a pattern. Build a Skool community - Free, then create a paid one which is kind of makes sense. But if you are so much confident in the free stuff then why promote your paid ones everywhere in the free community? Such a non sense! What I would as a Ethical Marketer would do is provide as much possible in your free community and once they have achieved their intention of joining then add them in paid community! It just looks like WarriorForums of current era, promote your shit and upsell tons of poop and at the end the user is overloaded shit! Complete scam guys! just run if you see this pattern. I just joined a community which have 11K free members and his paid community have 55! such a shitty response means what? you guess... Ethical marketing is dead, hardly 1% of the marketers are ethical I think. All shitty money making focused people! And you know what everyone turns out that way at the end!

Why I named it Building In Public
for SEO and yes we are building in public with some strings attached 🙂 The semrush tool says 260 monthly search volume in US and ubersuggest says 1900 worldwide. so in future this community will get ranked in google 🙂 And google trends show that this is going to increase, like we have creator economy, we will be in BIP economy too. Yes it might be for construction industry too but if people are coming here they will learn something for sure.

Why I named it Building In Public
nothing is 50% off
hmmm yeah thats true. its all sales tactics and all fall for it. even the coveted sales geniuses will buy anything thats % off. of course there are genuine offers by genuine companies. but indie AI companies its hard to believe. they are solo developers and want some traction so they try to sell the yearly subscriptions. there is a reason for that. after they have a good number of yearly subscribers they sell the company. since we are tied to yearly subscription the potential buyers gets motivated and buys the AI company. its as simple as that. respect to indie devs, without them we cant get these tools so cheap. I will dig deeper on this but for now, its the basic on whats happening behind the doors of 50% off on yearly subscriptions.

All about my building in public projects to keep me motivated, have to be selfish!
2 things you will get here for no cost from your pockets for sure- watching my progress on projects I am in and people who are too pushy on selling courses. I have spent thousands of dollars till now on the road to make money online (some times offline). So you will get raw truth only, nothing polished. And one thing to share here that people who want to make money are always busy making money! - 2 things from this stmt - either they are making money selling you courses or they are doing what successful business people do - running their business ie no courses. Bottomline if someone is selling courses then that is their main business, period!
