Hey Guys! Welcome to the B4 community. I've created this to have a hub for me to lay out the basics and help people get started on their journey with the help of a trainer and support of a community at the lowest cost possible... FREE! I'm of course here to help with all that I can but also would love to build a resourceful and FUN community to grow physically and MENTALLY BETTER! Let's get this party started!
