So recently someone asked me how I stop overthinking and I utilize what I call one of our “Skylight Wisdom Tools”. Simply it is a Facts vs Fears template that forces you to be honest when you’re in a moment of overthinking, in psycho-neurological terms “hyper vigilance.” This has helped me a lot making sure that my decision making process is based off of what is in reality and not in what I imagine the worst case scenario to be.
