How to score….
As an athlete, the purpose of training is to put points on the board effortlessly and as a coach, the purpose is to instruct the different ways to score.
Now for us, in this program, we will test our physical strengths day and day out to add more reps (points) to the scoreboard. As we coach ourselves to mentally prepare for what is ahead. Each session should be your absolute best and each time you bet on yourself and you win. There’s another version of you that is revealed and that person is a champion.
So let’s build, let’s learn and most importantly get that W (Win).
