A master fitness trainer & mindset coach, coaching businessmen & stay at home moms make better decisions & build strength in a 4 week program. This program entails, physical fitness (from body weight to weight lifting), weekly nutrition guidances and weekly mindset coaching. Each week the program will progress and you must add each week to your next week, to fully create a dynamic experience to better improve your liveliness. You will be trained physically as an athlete, whether you are one or not. The idea of being an athlete is to be goal oriented and to have the mental focus and mindset of a coach, knowing that each game can’t be won but each game will be coached to the very end.
