Hi I’m Darryl Lenton I’m a private mechanic I’ve had a lot of health issues in the past I had cancer when I was 32 in 2016 biggest I was was 24 stone I got to 12:10 in 2023 but since then I’ve gone up to 16 stone and struggling to lose it so hoping to lose 4stone to improve my health
