AI Taking Jobs (or not??)
Had a great conversation with a woman in the airport about whether or not AI will wipe out working class jobs. Although I hear her completely, I truly believe that this gives people a new lane to find new jobs. The need for AI has never been larger for small businesses to catch up. The younger generation who might lose a job due to AI can also learn how to incorporate this into a benefit.
Many boomers have no idea what AI even is, so being able to articulate the capabilities and incorporate them into a simple business structure opens up completely new opportunities. Where one door closes, another opens and we need to react to the changes at hand. Quickly.
