Find the Cracks Before Growth Breaks Them
This week is inspection week.
Review your core systems:
- Scheduling
- Payroll
- Documentation
- Intake
- Policies
- Communication
- Compliance
A system that only works when you are present is a weak system.
Your Assignment:
- Review your SOPs. Ask: Could someone else follow this without me?
- Identify 5 weak points in your operations. Where are mistakes, delays, or confusion happening?
- Fix the top 3 weak areas. Update or create SOPs with clear steps, ownership, deadlines, and verification.
- Stress test one system. Have someone follow the SOP and note what is unclear, missing, or too dependent on you.
- Prepare to delegate. List one responsibility you are ready to hand off and what SOP will support it.
