The Standard Does Not Take Days Off
Three days in.
Some of you are locked in.
Some of you missed a day and told yourself you would make it up.
Some of you are reading this and have not posted once yet.....
All of that is information. Not judgment.
Information about where your standard actually is right now versus where you say it is.
Here is what Day 4 is about!
Recovery and rest are not the same thing as quitting. The man who holds a physical standard knows the difference between a rest day that is planned and intentional and a skip day that is just the path of least resistance dressed up as self care. One is discipline. The other is negotiation.
Today the practice has two parts.
*First* - look at how your body is actually feeling after three days of this challenge.
Not how you want it to feel.
How it actually feels.
Are you sore because you worked or are you sore because you have been neglecting your body for longer than this week?
That honest assessment matters because it tells you what your baseline actually is.
*Second* - do something today that supports your recovery and your performance at the same time. That means sleep is protected tonight.
Seven hours minimum.
That means you are hydrating properly throughout the day.
That means if you trained hard yesterday you are doing something active but lower intensity today, a walk, stretching, mobility work.
And if you took yesterday off you are training today. No exceptions!
The physical standard is not just about how hard you push. It is about how intelligently you maintain. The man who burns hot for three days and then disappears did not raise his standard. He just had a good week.
Tonight post two things. How your body feels honestly and what you did today to take care of it.
YOUR CALL TO ACTION
If this week has shown you something about where your standard actually is and you are ready to do something real about it, not just a seven day challenge but a complete system across your body, your business, your relationships, and your daily standard, my team is taking calls this week.
It is a real 20 minute conversation about where you are and whether what I have built is the right move for you right now.
If you are serious book a call here and someone from my team will be in touch to confirm: api.leadconnectorhq.com/widget/bookings/btm-discovery-call-rr
