Footwork progression plan: Outline a progressive curriculum for open triangle footwork (walk-through, slow flow, pressure testing). Sensitivity drill integration: Incorporate sensitivity drills emphasizing awareness of “who’s around us and back” into weekly practice. Track instances where practitioners lose back awareness; add corrective cues.
