New Week • New Structure • New Standards
This week I’m laying the foundation for three core pillars that will define the evolution of the entire BSD ecosystem: the expansion of the agency side, the operational infrastructure, and the Web3 iGaming project. Here are my main focuses. 1️⃣ SubAgency — Official Kick-Off (Salary Models Only) This week I begin building the SubAgency, a test project fully dedicated to Salary Models. Talent Models will continue to be managed exclusively by my main agency, which remains the operational hub for high-potential profiles. Goal: create a lean, scalable and replicable model designed specifically for Salary Models — and understand how it fits into the BSD ecosystem. 2️⃣ Airtable — Building the 3 Operational Workspaces I’m creating three Airtable workspaces from scratch to professionally organize all the work across my projects. The workspaces: - BSD Inner Circle → the operational structure behind the community: roadmap, modules, KPIs, categories, content organization. - BSD MGMT → the operational core of the sub-agency and management area: processes, pipelines, to-dos, performance, systems. - BSD iGaming System → the control center for the iGaming project: tracking variables, KPIs, tests, capital allocation, results. Airtable becomes the infrastructure that centralizes data, operations, tracking and decision-making systems. 3️⃣ BSD Suite — The Central System for My Personal Brand I’m building my entire content ecosystem inside BSD Suite, a tool I created to coordinate everything I publish across every platform. The goal is simple: one operating system to give clarity, direction and consistency to my communication. 4️⃣ BSD iGaming System — First Official Bet This week I will place the first official bet of the BSD iGaming System. From this point, I’ll start tracking: - profits - performance - real percentages - system behavior over time - long-term sustainability This is the first real data point — the beginning of everything.
