Follow store owners, how are you managing it all?
Hey everyone, I run an online store too, and lately I’ve been feeling that constant juggle—between managing inventory, handling customers, keeping up with marketing… and still trying to grow.
I’m curious—how are you all balancing things? Do you handle everything yourself, or do you outsource certain tasks?
I’d love to hear what’s working for others in here. Always looking for better ways to streamline and support each other.
