How Quick Things Can Change
When we are going through struggles, challenges, setbacks, facing the harder side of life, it can seem like there is no end in sigiht. Being in the thick of all the stress just feels like there are no options, I believe you all know what I am talking about and have experienced this on some level. Part of the human experience. What I have learned, what I teach, is just how fast things can change. It takes only a small shift in our thinking, our energy, our view of the experience and everything shifts. It seems like it takes so much when we are stuck. But how long does it really take to think a different thought, say more empowering words, shift our bodies, go for a walk, have that hard conversation. It takes really no time at all. We under estimate how quickly we can shift our power and be more in control, more resourceful and have a more clear path for moving ahead. What it truly comes down to is the story we attach to things, the invinsinle rabbits that run our lives. When we stop feeding them, they start to lose their power of us and eventually they will die. Are you aware of your invisible rabbits? Most people are not aware of them all. But next time you find yourself in a challenging spot, in a stressful or unresourceful state.......listen for the story. It will tell you everything you need to know.

Self-Awareness
Most people float through life on autopilot. Repeating the same habits. Thinking the same thoughts. Reacting the same way to everything that triggers them. Never stopping to ask why. Why do I think like this? Why do I get angry so easily? Why do I keep chasing validation, approval, or control? Why do I keep ending up in the same place no matter how much I try to change? Self-awareness is the key that unlocks everything. Until you understand you, nothing outside you will ever make sense. You’ll keep repeating the same patterns and calling it “bad luck.” When you finally slow down and start learning about who you really are — your triggers, your beliefs, your conditioning, your wounds — that’s when life actually starts to shift. Not because the world changes, but because you do. The truth? Most people don’t fear failure. They fear facing themselves. If you’re ready to stop floating and start understanding, start paying attention. Your thoughts, your patterns, your reactions — they’re all clues. And once you become aware of them, you gain something most people never do… Control over your life.

Book I am Reading
I am currently reading Dr.Joe Dispenza’s book “becoming supernatural” and all I have to say is WOW! This book really challenges the way we have all been taught things around our mental and physical health, and how wrong what we have been told is true. The mind is a powerful tool that we have never really been taught how to utilize, how to harness its full power. This book is going to teach you and I incredible ways, backed by science, true cutting edge science with thousands of cases and evidence. I’m stoked to get through this whole book.
