Just some things to think about on your daily movings around . You can reduce lower back strain by squatting or even partially squatting for things that are just above knee height like bag handles or full squat for things like boxes, pencils and measuring things on the ground. not only will this reduce lower back strain but also strengthen the hips and thighs and naturally increase the ease and depth of your squat!
