Ok, as is pretty normal for me, I got excited and did all of the beginner videos. I felt immediate relief in my feet which was lovely. Such a nice stretch! I don't normally have hip pain, but now one hip is sore...I don't have as much core strength as I'd like. I tried to squeeze the core, but I think I used the wrong muscle groups. The assessment coaching will be super useful as I can't tell what I am doing. Next time I'll video or use a mirror. Did anyone else have hip pain while strengthening the knees?
