1-hour Workshop next week?

I'm planning a Workshop with the tips I've been focusing on in coaching lately, that I'm thinking of calling "5 Ways to feel ready for summer, in one hour per week."
  • Optimizing Supplements and Sleep
  • Movement that doesn't take extra time
  • Key foods and nutrition focus for body composition
  • "Not Now" and other polite ways to preserve time
  • Mental frameworks for perspective on life's friction
I'm thinking of possible times:
Thursday, March 12th morning
Friday, March 13th
Monday, March 16th, morning or afternoon
Please let me know specific questions you have around these topics and how I can make it a super useful 45-50 minutes
