Upsell technique
Today I ordered a coffee at Starbucks and usually they just ask, anything else
but this time the lady asked if I wanted a blueberry muffin with it and I wasn’t even planning on buying one but I said yeah sure. made me realize for upselling don’t just ask customers, anything else? Mention the other appliances specifically like, how’s the fridge working? or is your dryer drying the close properly, because people usually don’t think about it until you bring it up
