What's everyone building? - I built a voice AI solution only to discover it violates the TCPA

Curious what people are building these days.

I built a voice AI solution only to discover it violates the TCPA in the US. (No calls with automated voices to people you don't have an existing business relationship with.)

Looking for a system that:

Directly generates revenue for my clients with a measurable ROI (typically customer acquisition)
Is built for a client type (ICP) that already generates thousands in revenue per customer they have
I can reasonably charge > $1000 / mo for
Is entirely automated
Is completely legal in the US

My previous solution checked all of these boxes aside from being legal. (TCPA - Calling people with whom the client had no previous business relationship with an automated voice.) It was an AI cold caller for realtors that reached out to their lead list to qualify the leads and schedule appointments between them and the realtor (my client). There would be no legal issues for my clients, but I could have been charged a large sum for every call.

Any ideas are appreciated.
