The prevailing story about AI and jobs is seductively simple:
break work into tasks, measure how many can be automated, and once enough of them are, the job disappears. That logic works well for routine work. But in high-stakes, human-facing roles, especially those performed by agents and advisors, it rests on a fragile assumption: that jobs are just workflows, collections of discrete steps that can be taken apart without changing where value is actually created—or whether it can be created at all. thanks mike walash ! whats your point of veiw?

What’s the one small thing you’d pick first?
A lot of capable people are carrying that quiet feeling of being late, even when they’re actually doing more than they give themselves credit for. The “smallest thing” part is the real unlock. That’s usually what gets momentum going again. Not some big reset. Just one move that breaks the stall. Mine would probably be asking, “what can I finish in 15 minutes instead of what should I build perfectly?” That question usually changes the whole week. What’s the one small thing you’d pick first?

Clarity doesn't come from thinking harder.
Something I've been thinking about. Most of the people in this community are capable. Skilled. Experienced. And still feel like they're behind. That gap between where you are and where you want to be can feel heavy sometimes. Especially when it looks like everyone else has it figured out. Mostly, they don't. What I've noticed is that the people who make real progress aren't the ones with the best tools or the perfect plan. They're the ones who keep showing up. Even when it's messy. So here's a question to sit with before Monday. What would change this week if you stopped waiting to feel ready and just started with the smallest thing? Pick one thing. Just one. And see what happens.

Do your systems evaluate certainty first…or do they just run and hope for the best?
typical workflow: Lead comes in → AI analyzes → message sent. Looks efficient. Until: • The lead wasn’t a good fit • The AI misunderstood context • The message goes to the wrong person Now sales is cleaning up mistakes. A stronger system flips the order. Lead comes in → AI evaluates → confidence score → decision. Example: • Confidence > 80% → automate • 50–80% → ask clarifying question • < 50% → human review Automation should not ask“Can this be automated?” It should ask“When is it safe to automate?” That single design choice is the difference between: Automation that saves attention and automation that creates cleanup work. Curious how others design this.?

AI won’t replace entrepreneurs. It will create a new breed of them.
We’re entering a time where one person with the right AI systems can do what used to require entire teams. Entrepreneurs today aren’t just building businesses, they’re building AI-powered systems that handle research, content, outreach, support, and operations. That’s the real AI advantage: Not just using AI as a tool, but designing businesses that run with it at the core. What’s one way AI has already changed how you build or run your projects?
