Voice realism issues

hey guys im trying to build an agent for my service businesses in the recycling niche. im struggling with the realism i hear in other videos online. i want to use an australia accent but the voices just dont flow and sound very robotic at times with the verbrado and speach being a bit off. can anyone recommend a good voice to use or even just some prompting hacks that could help me out with this?
