Technical Explanation of the Tech in AI Voice Agents

Hey everyone, I hope you're all doing well in Brendon's community!

I have got a lead who wants me to share a technical explanation on how the AI calling agent works in a doc, I wrote them how it work on a high level but they want a deeper explanation, has anyone made a doc like this or been able to explain how the tech works where the lead is satisfied with the explanation?

A peculiar request, but I hope someone can help me out.
