Need feedback on my demo setup

Hey everyone,

I’m working on an AI receptionist demo and would love your feedback.

Current setup:

• Voice agent handles incoming calls

• Books appointments automatically

• Demo length: 2:49

I’m stuck on a few things:

• Should I show the dashboard during the call or just the call itself?

• Is screen recording + phone view overkill?

• What actually matters most in a demo like this?

Also thinking of adding a “missed calls → recovered revenue” dashboard.

Would you include that or keep it simple?

Would really appreciate honest feedback 🙏
