I have 2 hours.

Today I am meeting with a group of 19 from a company that sells ITIL to medium-size and corporate training. The team will have ten salespeople, six of them government, four of them private, and nine administrators that have never looked at Claude ever.

They will be experiencing this for the first time, and after two hours would be equipped, excited, and driven to sell my Claude Academy course for a half-day, full-day, or two-day course.

They live in the Microsoft environment and are mostly, believe it or not, non-technical.

This is what I've put down so far, and I'd like to get as much feedback as possible from experienced educators or people that have just started using it a short while ago and are actually encountering difficulties. These would be worthwhile for me to mention as possible friction for a new user to get accustomed to integrating Claude in their day-to-day workflow as a small or medium business owner or as a corporate operator.
