Hi - I have a broker who needs help with the intake of calls for load bookings - I have been playing around with VAPI but my AI fomo is making me paranoid lol - I have a bit of a concern about customer handover and maintenance, they are going to use this "a lot" with 200-400 incoming calls a day and eventually outbound calls to get carriers... I have a project for an Inbound Voice System - they manage bookings - One Job generates enough calls to have average 400 calls in one go. Right now, 5 people have a 30 average hold time.
