🚨 HIRING: Cold Caller / Appointment Setter — $1k-$2k/mo 🚨
We're an AI automation agency (Trilles AI). We build AI systems and automations for businesses across the US, UK, Canada and Australia. 120+ clients so far.
We need 2-3 setters to get on the phone and book qualified calls for our closers.
The role
- Call through the lead lists we give you
- Qualify the business owner, book them into our calendar
- Follow up with no-shows and warm leads
- You don't close and you don't pitch technical stuff. You book.
Pay
- 10% commission on every deal that closes off a call you booked
- Extra 5% on top once you hit your monthly target
- Commission only.
You need
✅ Clear, confident English (neutral or American accent)
✅ Available during US business hours
✅ Laptop, headset, stable internet
✅ Thick skin. This is outbound. You will get hung up on.
