Error with n8n Webhook + Vapi

Hey guys, need some help from someone with a little more expertise.

I’m running into this issue where I have set up my webhook test url + header name and value inside of my Vapi booking tool, and have pressed execute workflow on n8n. However, when running test calls and collecting the callers details, the webhook never triggers.

Sometimes, when I press execute workflow and begin running the test calls, the webhook would trigger too early without my required payload field (callers info) and thus my workflow wouldn’t be able to execute properly.

Has anyone had previous experience with this? I’ve seen have tried everything but still running into this issue. Not sure what I’m doing / missing.
