Call recording transcription

A company I am currently working with has provided me with lots of call recordings from the last few months so I can get a better understanding of the current calls they recieve etc. I want to transcribe all the recordings and have AI extract important info such as call type, questions asked and more.

I was just wondering what the best way to transcribe a large volume of calls like this is. They are all just call recordings. I know in the past dumplings ai was a popular choice, especially for youtube video transcription. Would it still be the best option or are there newever better options which are either better or more cost effective.
