Anyone willing to review my Upwork profile? 100% JSS, still struggling to land clients

Hey everyone

I've been on Upwork for a while now $415 earned, 100% Job Success Score, Rising Talent badge but I'm genuinely struggling to land new clients consistently.

I know the profile is the first thing that either converts or loses a potential client, and I honestly can't tell where mine is falling short.

If anyone here has cracked Upwork or has experience reviewing profiles, I'd love a brutally honest look at mine. Not just "looks good" I mean tell me exactly what's weak, what's missing, and what I should fix first.
