Wheeler Island.

Inside the posts image, there's a line of text reading "YJGGNGT KUNCPF" this challenge requires a Caesar Cipher Shift to understand the line of text. In the image it hint at SHIFT. 002. By using an online Caesar Cipher Shift of 2 on "YJGGNGT KUNCPF", you get Wheeler Island which is the answer to the challenge.
