Jordan - I just finished day 5 of the Breathe to Remember daily practices. I really enjoyed the sessions and will work to incorporate the final session into my daily routine. I enjoyed the music and your pleasant relaxing tone guiding me through the session. I ended up feeling relaxed and peaceful at the end of each session.
