Welcome, Breathe Bitch Bad Ass — I'm so glad you're here. This quick introductory video will walk you through how to use this platform, what to expect inside the program, and how to get the most out of your time here. Hi!
Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Dharma, I practice Buddhism and for years I have been a Unitarian Universalist. I start each day with a new slate. I'm very much a "Go with the Flow" person. I do have a few vices, HATS! I love hats and EARRINGS, especially ones with natural stones. I am your ear and shoulder for anyone that needs someone to listen. Super excited to be a Breathe Bitch Bad Ass and to get to meet everyone! Namasté
Outdoor breathwork lowers cortisol, boosts oxygen uptake, and clears mental fog. Nature is the original nervous system therapist.
Getting outside to breathe is one of the fastest ways to reset your nervous system. Fresh air increases oxygen flow, sunlight boosts serotonin, and grounding your feet to the earth signals safety to the body. Even a minute or two of intentional breath outdoors can lower stress, slow your heart rate, and bring you back into yourself. You don’t have to “do it perfectly” or wait for the right moment — just step outside, inhale slowly, exhale softer, and let nature help regulate you.

I have been blessed and asked to provide a Breathwork experience at a retreat on a sanctuary in Naples Florida, Ive been focusing my efforts to make it an exceptional experience.
