Friday Bright Spots 10/18
Happy Friday yall!
What a week! Go ahead and share your bright spots or anything you’d like to share with the community! Remember this is a safe space! Positive Vibes always!
For me it was a hectic week but in a good way:
First, I came home from my trip to London , 🇬🇧 on Wednesday evening and got right back to coaching Thursday morning!
Was able to go to yoga last night and again today!
Body feeling good but am having some serious knee issues in the left knee! But it’s all good keep pushing and taking care of it!
Received an amazing compliment from a stranger who randomly walked up to me and was like I follow you on IG and you inspire me! It was very humbling and cool at the same time!
Excited for the weekend to relax and unwind after a busy couple of weeks!
