Here’s your not-so-serious, totally serious guide to creating boundaries that feel like you.
1. Name Your Energy Zones Color-code your calendar like a magical map: Green = good, Yellow = caution, Red = “I will dissolve.” Honor each zone like it’s sacred ground. Because it is.
2. Practice Saying “That Doesn’t Work For Me” With a Smile. It’s a full sentence. No apologies. No caveats. Smile. Sip. Move on.
3. Create an Auto-Reply That’s Actually Just a Boundary Poem “Out of office. In my bubble. Recharging. Back soon.” Let your autoresponder do the energetic filtering.
Boundaries aren’t selfish. They’re self-full. They don’t push people away—they keep you intact. Protecting your energy is not optional. It’s your responsibility… and your right.
