One brave bite
Have you thought about what does one brave bite mean? If your child has not tried a food before and is afraid to take that bite just have them smell it the first time and maybe take a lick of it to get that smell and initial taste…soon to come modules in the classroom will explain further.

Introduce Yourself
Hi everyone, welcome to Bravemunity. I'm so glad you're here. I'll go first. My grandkids used to eat almost nothing green, and dinner some nights felt like a negotiation nobody was winning. We are changing a few things, nothing drastic, just small consistent steps, and now they are trying to try something new each time we are together. One thing my grandkids love: fresh fruit, any color, any shape, they're in. One thing they still hate: broccoli, we're working on it. Family activity we love: we play a silly word chain game in the car, one person says a fruit or vegetable, the next person has to think of one starting with the last letter. It gets loud and competitive fast. When my own kids were little, we played beachball baseball in our tiny backyard, home plate was a brick, and somehow every game ended with someone falling in the grass laughing. Now it's your turn. Introduce yourself, share one food your child loves and one they can't stand, and tell us a fun family activity you all enjoy together. I can't wait to get to know each of you.
