I’m updating my affirmations this week, and I thought I would share this with you so you can do the same.
Something I do often is change my affirmations once I feel like I have truly embodied them. As we grow, our mindset and the words we speak over ourselves should grow too.
This week, I want you to take 5 minutes for yourself. No distractions. Just honesty.
Copy and paste the prompt below into ChatGPT and answer each question honestly. This exercise will help you reflect on what’s been weighing on you, what needs to shift, and at the end… ChatGPT will create 4 affirmations specifically for you.
One question I really want you to think about deeply:
What do I want that I am currently afraid of?
Once you have your affirmations:
✨ Put them on your mirror
✨ Save them on your phone
✨ Keep them somewhere visible
✨ Read them every day
Life has been busy, chaotic, and I know many of us are carrying a lot right now… but remember:
What we repeat daily eventually becomes what we believe.

- What struggles or battles am I facing right now?
- What habits or patterns do I need to break?
- What do I want that I am currently afraid of?
- Where am I playing small in my life or business?
- Who am I becoming in this next season?
- What beliefs need to change for me to receive everything I want?
- What am I ready to leave behind?
- Based on my answers, create 4 affirmations written from the perspective of the woman who already has the life I desire.
