Before you read, pause.

Place your hand on your heart.

Take one deep breath.

Let’s pray:

“Father, thank You for every woman here.

Soften her heart, quiet her mind, and help her release what no longer serves her.

Remind her that she is good enough, capable, and deeply loved.

Guide her gently as she steps into the woman she is becoming.

Amen.”
