One of the most powerful intentions I’m making this year isn’t about adding new habits, goals, or aspirations. It’s about deciding less. Fewer decisions about what to wear, how to show up, what to say yes to, or how much energy something deserves.
Over time, I’ve noticed that decision fatigue is rarely a time-management problem, but instead is a clear indicator of an alignment problem. When our image, values, and self-care are truly in sync, many decisions simply dissolve because the uncertainty is gone. We're no longer negotiating with ourselves at every turn because the groundwork has already been laid. What remains is a sense of ease and coherence that frees up attention for what actually matters.
Presence replaces performance, and clarity replaces effort. That, to me, is the elegance of a well-styled life. 💞
