What to expect tonight and from class
Will be putting a introduction video on tonight ill talk abit about myself and my boxing journey, ill be giving a brief outline of what things ill be sharing what ive learned on this path which was my choice. Ill always be running zoom classes and can organise times to suit so i can help everyone with form and position when practising amd advice or help when needed. Ill spilt a couple modules in apart from the physical side about the more mental and .entalities of others and reconising what your own is so you can use it and not be a victim of it and of course ill showcase and talk about how i apply these principles in day to day life to create balance and flow in mine or atleast navigate tough situations because i can remain calm and controled

What this will be about Hey guys ill start putting some demonstration videos and also i brief chat about what about ill teach which will be both boxing techniques, everything from the history of styles and mentality of fighters to better understand there minds because what is not talked about is the amount of inner emotional healing from trauma is required which is created from this deep self love for yourself that is healthy that gives you strength to make the hard choices which u make cause u now relise you deserve better. Boxing is a lifestyle a mindset a tool martial art, it is all of these things and has help me become a better man and id love to give that to the world and show that boxing isnt about voilence it about to people wanting to push themselves in all aspects to be better and offering there body for someone to be able to do the same cause onky real person we in competion with is ourselves
