Most people think certifications get interviews. 🤔
They help, but they’re not enough.
I’ve seen people collect cert after cert and still struggle to get callbacks because nobody can tell what they actually do. 📄
If my resume says SOC Analyst, my projects show cloud security, my LinkedIn talks about AI, and my portfolio is full of random labs, I look confused.
