Introduction

Hi Everyone, My name is Jason. I recently came across BowTiedCyber on TikTok, and he has been a huge source of motivation while I prepared and passed the Security+ exam. Evan's videos always reminded me to keep sight of my goal.

I'm pivoting into IT and cybersecurity after a background in hospitality and sales. In those roles, I honed transferable skills and now I'm driven to apply those strengths in a new career where I can keep learning, protect systems, and be part of a team that makes a real impact.

Passing Security+ was a huge milestone, but it is only the start! I am ready to keep grinding, take on bigger challenges, and push forward with the people here who are working toward the same goal. I'm here to learn, contribute, and earn my place in this community while connecting with others on the same path.
