🤖 ATS Is Blocking Your Resume 🚫
Most people think they’re getting rejected because they “aren’t qualified.” 😅
That’s usually not true.
They’re getting rejected because a robot never read their resume. 🤖
If your resume isn’t plain text, the ATS can’t parse it properly.
If your name isn’t isolated on the first line, it can misread your last name.
If you use fancy formatting, columns, graphics, or icons, it can literally break the system. 💥
And if the ATS can’t read it…
A human never sees it.
This is why people apply to 200 jobs and hear nothing.
