Reflections: Where is your energy going?
Happy Sunday! After yesterday's incredible call, there were a few reflections that surfaced-- focusing on energy expenditure. How are where are you spending your energy?
Do you ever feel tired and drained after hanging around with some people? Do you feel energized when you're around loved ones because they support you? Every environment offers an opportunity to reflect on this. Who you CHOOSE to spend your time with, to share your dreams and goals with, matters.
Whatever each question means to you, whatever comes to mind is what's right for YOU. Trust it!

- Where do I feel unsafe being vulnerable?
- What consequences are you anticipating when you hold yourself back? What reactions are you anticipating from others?
- What are your expectations about other people's reactions and responses?
- What attachments do you have to other people's opinions?
