Weekly BookLive Update - January 31, 2026
**BOOKLIVE PLATFORM UPDATES**
This week we shipped a HUGE batch of features focused on partnerships, client management, and automation:
**Partnership Management**
• Workflow Enrollment Controls - see, pause, resume, or cancel workflow enrollments directly from any partnership page
• Partnership Inbox - send and receive emails with partner contacts through a dedicated inbox
• Quick Add Contact - rapidly add contacts from business cards after networking events
**Client Management**
• Bulk Client Import - upload a CSV to import multiple clients at once
• Client Tagging - organize and filter clients with custom tags
• Bulk Workflow Enrollment - enroll multiple clients into workflows at once
**Workflow Automation**
• Communications Manager CC - they'll automatically be CC'd on all workflow emails
• Better Context for Emails - access to band leader, comms manager, and client review info
• Proposal Support - workflows now detect proposal-specific placeholders
**Timeline & Song Management**
• Clear Songs Button - one-click to remove all songs from a timeline
• Song Requests to Timeline - add approved requests directly to your timeline
**Reviews & Calendar**
• External Review Tracking - track reviews from Google, Yelp, Facebook inside BookLive
• Setup & Travel Time Sync - new toggles for Google Calendar sync
These updates are all about helping you look more professional, automate your follow-ups, and manage partnerships with less friction.
