Weekly BookLive Update - February 9, 2026
Happy Monday! Here's what's new in BookLive this week:
**PLATFORM UPDATES**
We've rolled out a powerful batch of new features designed to help you communicate better with clients and manage your performances more efficiently.
**Client Portal Enhancements**
• Song Previews: Clients can now listen to your songs directly in their Client Portal via embedded YouTube and SoundCloud players. Perfect for helping them finalize song requests.
**Workflow & Communication**
• CC Collaborators: You can now CC multiple contacts on your workflow emails — ideal for weddings where you need to keep the bride, groom, and planner all in the loop.
• Shared Template Warnings: When editing a template used by multiple workflows, you'll now get a warning with options to update all workflows or create a copy for just one.
**Setlist Management**
• Edit Setlist Names: You can now rename your setlists directly from the setlist view.
• Improved Song Selection: Better tracking when adding songs — your selections now persist even when filtering.
**Payment & Client Management**
• More Payment Methods: Support for Zelle and custom payment methods.
• Client Tagging: Add, remove, and create tags directly from client pages. Plus new tag filtering options for better organization.
These updates are all about helping you look more professional and spend less time on admin work.
