Fighting Amazon pays off

I am fighting amazon for 3 months now. And just booked another little win.

I am publishing under the pen name Pen & Puzzle (on Amazon written as Pen and Puzzle) and that was okay for 4 Word Search Puzzle books.

But book 1 and 6 got rejected based on the fact that Pen & Puzzle was a confusing contributor name which would prevent customers to make a good buying decision.

Not really sure what is confusing about Pen and Puzzle for paperback books that need a pen and are a puzzle ... but he ho.

Been chatting with customer service, "meeting" several Amazon employees there who don't understand it either but unfortunately they can't do much more than constantly redirecting me back to the content review team. And unfortunately they never come up with an answer.

I even received an email saying they can't give me an explanation, but this is their decision ...

So far for professionalism at Amazon KDP, but we have to work with it if we want to keep publishing books.

And keeping tweaking, keeping re-publishing, keeping sticking to your game PAYS OFF!!

Book 6 is published.

Last hurdle to take is getting book 1 published too.
